Christmas Gifts

For God so loved the world that He gave us his only begotten Son, That whosoever believed in him should not perish but have everlasting life John 3:16
Jesus is God’s love to us; Jesus has called us out of darkness into his marvelous light. Jesus born under the law became one with us. From The manger to the cross, a perfect life he lived no sin, not one! Jesus stood in the place of judgement on our behalf. Jesus tasted death for every man that we shall not die, but live. From the cross the word of life is spoken Father forgive them for they know not what they do. Jesus rose bodily and ascended to heaven as the word of life He intercedes at the right side of the Father and is always with his church interceding on behalf of each member, of his body on earth, through the gospel.

The Good News in Bethlehem

John 1:14 “The word was made flesh and dwelt among Us,..”
Not in Jerusalem the city of the great king, Micah calls
this small town “little among the thousands of Judah.”
Where the simple shepherds gathered to share about their
Sheep, sharing about where the grazing is best, where the
best water was for thirsty sheep, a small market town,
where necessary supplies for another day of life were bought.
Here Jesus was born, in Bethlehem among the lowly, in a stable
Where “cattle were lowing” laid in a manger where bossy cow
Licked it clean with her coarse tough, God comes to us in facts
God’s word brings to us Facts; earth had heard a promise 5000
Long years ago “I will send the seed of the women” “to Him
Shall the gathering of the people be” “But when the fullness
Of time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a women,
Made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law.
Galatians 4:4,5 Born to fulfill all righteousness, fact . Born to die
An ignominious death on a Roman cross; Fact. Risen from the
Dead the mighty conquer’ sin and death had no power over
Him. Fact. Sin was atoned for, law was satisfied, Our Holy God is
Reconciled with us,Fact. Let us praise the child of Bethlehem,
Greatest Gift ever given, Fact. “For there is one God, and one
mediator between God and men the man Christ Jesus. Fact.
Jesus really is the reason for the season, Fact.
Merry Christmas!
Pastor Mark

Rejoice, rejoice this happy morn,
A Savior unto us is born,
The Christ, the Lord of glory!
His lowly birth in Bethlehem
The angels from on high proclaim
And sing redemption’s story!
My soul, extol
God’s great favor;
Bless Him ever
For salvation;
Give Him praise and adoration!

The Fulfilling of God’s Plan and Promise

For the gifts and calling o God are without repentance
Romans 11:29

What a mighty consolation do theses words contain!
The main thought of the text is; God cannot repent
or revoke a grace and election He has givin before.
Now we have a very early calling and election as the
foundation for our hope of salvation. we have got some
dear and most great promises. “For the gifts and calling
of God are without repentance” ” He has chosen us in
Christ before the foundation of the world” Eph 1:4
This counsel of salvation of God must be quite
settled. It must br quite independant of us. Because
God made his decision so early, that no man could
contribute to it. It happened “before the foundation
of the world”

No day had come yet. There was not yet any sun or
moon. In the free counsel of His own eternal Being,
the Lord God thought of creating the world and of
creating mankind on earth in His own image to be
children and heirs of all His gifts. A mankind that
would be able to see and rejoice at all His works and
perfectnesses. And in order that we should learn to
know also His devine righteousness and mercy, He
also decided to put us to the test. He forsaw that we
would be beguiled by the envy and cunning of the
fallen angel and fall and become depraved. Then
God decided on this counsel of salvation: He would
give us His own Son to be our mediator. He would
decend on eath, put on our flesh and assume our
cause. He would undertake to fulfill the law and
to undergo the punishment in our stead. Everyone
that is in distress because of his sins and flees to
Him sticks to Him only in faith, will not perish,
but have eternal life. C.O. Rosenius

The love of God which is greater far than tongue
or pen could ever tell, by grace was coming down
to man. “But when the fulness of the time was come,
God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made
under the law,To redeem them that were under the
law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the
Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.”
Galaitians 4:4-6

Christmas is when we celebrate the birth of Jesus
Paridise was lost now God is going to restore again
His beautifull garden Eden for His lost ones, the way
to the tree if Life is open. Even now this Christmas
season The Good Shepard is seeking his lost ones
out on the mountians rough, on the stormy sea of
sin and unbelief, can you not here his voice calling
“Come uto me all you labor and are heavy laden and
I will give you rest, come and learn of me for I am meek
and lowly at heart and you shall find rest for your souls.

Merry Christmas

Christmas is About Christ

Napoleon said “Battles are not won, by men, but by a man, He was right about earthly battles, the General is crucial for victory. The battle for the souls of men was won by one man, Jesus was his name. Emanuel (God with us) “But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.” Galatians 4:4-5 Christmas is a time of Joy as we remember our saviors birth over two thousand years ago. Born to die that we can live, as our mediator, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;” 1 Timothy 2:5 At the cross the power of the enemy was destroyed “Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;” Hebrews 2:14 In Christ’s redemption we have been bought with a great price the blood of Jesus and have received the atonement in the the one and only accapectable sacrifice. “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.” Romans 5:8-11 We praise and thank God this Christmas for the greatest gift ever given, Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift. 2 Corinthians 9:15 We wait for the great and glorious day as many as love the Lord, with a lively hope of eternal life, Which we have alone in the salvation brought to earth in Bethlehem’s manger so long ago. May God richly bless each of you, in following the King who is victorious, over everything.
